Ideal for visitors wanting to explore off the beaten track, contractors, and those visiting family
Our cottage, apartment and B&B all enjoy a quiet rural location, and yet are just a couple of miles from the local amenities of nearby Peterhead. This bustling town is home to the largest white fish port in Europe and was immortalised in the hit TV series Trawlermen.
The cottage is an ideal base for those working in the area, visiting relatives or touring North East Scotland with its rugged coastline and unspoilt beaches, such as Rattray and Scotstoun, and little fishing villages, such as Pennan, which found fame in the film Local Hero. Inland, explore some of the many Castles and Historic Houses, or follow the Whisky trail around Speysides distilleries: both are easily accessible in a day trip.
The cosmopolitan but historical city of Aberdeen, Europes oil capital, is less than an hours drive away and the airport is only 40 minutes away.
Newly converted steading with 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room. Sleeps 6. Plenty of parking.
